By accessing or using BiblePulse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within BiblePulse — including scripture presentation formats, graphics, UI elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to BiblePulse and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
• Interfere with the App’s servers, security features, or networks
• Upload harmful content or attempt unauthorized access

6. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions, loss of access, or data availability issues.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiblePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9.Donations

All donations made through BiblePulse are voluntary and non-refundable
Donations are processed securely via the PhonePe payment gateway operated by Elyon Soft Solutions
Transaction success or failure depends on the payment provider and network availability

10.Payment Disclaimer

BiblePulse and Elyon Soft Solutions are not responsible for payment failures, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or networks.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
